Groupe Couleur is appointed as an Official Travel Agent of the Rugby French Federation (FFR) since 1999 and has been appointed as the exclusive global rights holder in order to manage all operational responsibilities of the Official Travel Programme of the Rugby World Cup France 2023, from appointing the Official Travel Agents to delivering the tickets and ensuring all marketing guidelines are executed and monitored according to the objectives of the tournament under the auspices of the France 2023 Organising Committee and World Rugby. 

For the event, Couleur DMC was in charge of the ground services in France for the foreign Travel Agents. A few numbers :
-    65 travel agencies from all over the world relied on Couleur DMC to organise their incoming services in France 
-    more than 50 000 hotel rooms sold
-    100 tours organized throughout France, from 7 to 21 days for Australian, Japanese, Irish and Argentinian groups, among others
